Digital Histopathology Analysis

We use novel AI techniques to extract salient, quantitative views of immune response to cancer at the subcellular scale. Our whole slide tissue image analysis methods can quickly create maps of spatial distributions of lymphocytes, a type of immune cell, within and around tumor regions in a single tissue image or in thousands of tissue images. These maps provide a quantitative insight into the tumor-immune system interaction and where it sits in the spectrum of immune response.

 

We compile the maps and associated tabulations of the patterns of lymphocytes and tumor regions within a tissue image into a structured cancer immunity report card, which represents a window into an individual’s immune response to help guide selection of effective therapies and prediction of potential response to therapy.
